Narrative:

I received a call from the captain and first officer who were scheduled to fly the aircraft after the captain and I brought it in earlier that day. They said that they found circuit breakers on the side panel collared with nothing noted in the logbook. They asked me if I had noticed the collared breakers. I told them that I had not noticed them. In fact; while at the gate before our departure earlier that day we had maintenance personnel out at the airplane several times for cabin issues; and at no time did any of them mention anything about collared breakers; even while sitting in the observer seat completing the logbook entries. During our transcontinental flight no anomalies were noted with the aircraft performance or the operation of any systems.
