The runway number painted on sav runway 1 is not in accordance with AC 150/5340-1J. See note 4 on page 23. It specifies that 'the numeral 1; when used alone; contains a horizontal bar to differentiate it from the runway centerline marking. 'The number on runway 1 at ksav does not have the horizontal bar.

Title: The SAV Runway One marking is not in compliance with FAA Circular AC150/5340-1J; which specifies that when the number 1 is used alone it will include a horizontal bar.
Narrative: The runway number painted on SAV Runway 1 is not in accordance with AC 150/5340-1J. See Note 4 on Page 23. It specifies that 'The numeral 1; when used alone; contains a horizontal bar to differentiate it from the runway centerline marking. 'The number on Runway 1 at KSAV does not have the horizontal bar.
