Narrative:
During the beginning of our takeoff roll the flight attendant call chime sounded repeatedly and the a flight attendant transmitted that a passenger stood up and was running to the bathroom. She was told to sit down but continued to the lavatory. We initiated a rejected takeoff; cleared the runway and set the parking brakes until the passenger was re-seated. Rejected takeoff was initiated at approximately 45 knots and no additional actions were required.
