Narrative:

We were climbing after departure and after passing through a cloud layer the ice condition EICAS message came on. The aircraft's anti-ice system came on a short time later. After the aircraft's anti-ice system started operating the a-i wing 2 leak warning came on. We were already out of icing conditions. I was the pilot not-flying so I transferred the radios to the first officer who was the pilot flying. I proceeded to run the QRH for the a-i wing 2 leak. The QRH procedure cleared the message and I proceeded to contact dispatch via radio. I notified dispatch of the message and inquired about icing conditions en-route. They told me that there was some weather and that we might be able to deviate around it. Dispatch also said they were talking to maintenance control about the a-i wing 2 leak. Dispatch said that they wanted us to return to the departure airport. I agreed that was a good choice since the weather was good. I didn't want to try to deviate around weather where we might encounter icing conditions. I updated the first officer and we started coordinating with ATC for a return. I briefed the flight attendants about what had occurred and that we were returning. I also spoke to the passengers informing them that in the interest of safety we were returning. I took control of the radios again. ATC was very accommodating of our request to keep clear of precipitation and holding in clear conditions. We needed to hold to burn off excess fuel to get below our max landing weight. After landing maintenance met the aircraft.
