Narrative:

I was cleared to runway 1L via taxiway right. There is construction on both sides of taxiway M and no signs marking the taxiway. I mistook taxiway M for right and turned on it. Because of the construction there were no runway identification signs, and believing it to be 7R-25L, I xed it. I then reached signs identifying 19L-1R and notified ground control of my position. We asked for and were given takeoff clearance on runway 25L. I rarely fly to mke and this, combined with the visibility, contributed to this mistake.
