Narrative:

On climbout; with airfoil anti-ice on; pneumatic pressure between 40 and 80 psi; airfoil ice prot abnormal light illuminated. While applying QRH procedure; left air cond supply temperature hi light illuminated. When left airfoil anti-ice switch was turned off; left air cond supply temperature hi light extinguished and right air cond supply temperature hi light illuminated. When all anti-ice was secured; all lights extinguished. QRH advised avoiding icing condition. Consulted with dispatch and determined that it would not be possible to avoid icing all the way to our distant destination. We declared an emergency and diverted to a nearby airport without further incident. Aircraft was subsequently taken out of service.
