Narrative:

After completing INS competency check we were returning to bfi at 2000' east of the TCA. We were turned over to the tower who cleared us straight in to 13L, report abeam the king dome. We turned toward the field and descended to below 1800' (TCA floor). As we passed the tv towers, the tower told us that we were in the TCA and to descend immediately. We were indicating 1700-1750' at the time. Rather than argue on the radio, we continued in to land. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: does not believe he was in the TCA. Controller was merely given an advisory. Bfi does have a BRITE radar screen in the tower. Has not heard anymore on the incident.

BFI DOES HAVE A BRITE RADAR SCREEN IN THE TWR. HAS NOT HEARD ANYMORE ON THE INCIDENT.
