Narrative:
I was working at F11 (orlando TRACON). Aircraft departed orl on an IFR flight. Aircraft was assigned; by orl tower; an altitude of 1500 ft on departure; climbed to 2000 ft MSL. I instructed the pilot to descend and maintain 1500 ft. After the aircraft returned to 1500 ft; I handled the aircraft in a routine manner. No other aircraft were involved.
