Narrative:
Several grey A10's appeared to come out of nowhere; head on; & very fast. I had to avoid them not knowing how many there were. I believe I saw 3 A10's. I believe they came from acy controlled airspace and were probably on an IFR flight plan. This is a concern because many of us practice in this area. High speed military aircraft in the vicinity of an airport where there is a lot of GA activity should be against military policy. This just does not make sense. This was a troubling event for me considering I was VFR and looking for other aircraft.
