Narrative:

Shortly after leveling at cruise I began to fall asleep. The previous two nights I did not get uninterrupted sleep as the air conditioning units quit working and the room became warm and I woke up several times. I attempted to mitigate the sleepiness but found myself making minor mistakes and missing radio calls. I notified company that I will need to be removed from the remainder of my trip in order to get rested.
