Narrative:

I was working final radar west. Air carrier X was handed off to my sector. Air carrier X was descending, and was in my airspace at the time I took the handoff. Aircraft sep was not a factor this time. This situation occurred, I believe, because of the way the controller working west arrival works traffic. This deviation was reported to the supervisor on duty. To prevent this situation, stay in your airspace. Coordinate any deviations if needed. This violation of airspace was not coordinated with me prior to handoff.
