Narrative:
I received an ACARS message from one of my flights. Due to 'confusing notams' they asked if runway xxl was available full length. I relayed that; per the notams; runway xxl was not available full length and that we did not have computerized performance data for the partial closure on xxl; so they should request xxr for landing.
