Narrative:
Flight attendants advised cockpit that a passenger was ill. Called back several minutes later and advised that a doctor had determined that the passenger was possibly having a heart attack. Emergency declared and diverted to a nearby airport. Also declared an emergency because of overweight landing.

Title: A B757 flight crew declared an emergency and landed overweight after a Flight Attendant advised that a physician on board determined an ill passenger was having a heart attack.
Narrative: Flight attendants advised cockpit that a passenger was ill. Called back several minutes later and advised that a doctor had determined that the passenger was possibly having a heart attack. Emergency declared and diverted to a nearby airport. Also declared an emergency because of overweight landing.
