Narrative:

Tiring evening: dispatch overloaded with weather and diversion issues; had to request our over-water flight plan several times; then further delay due to weather and runway changes. We were given multiple challenging taxi instructions including turning tight corners. Then ATC (ground/tower) cleared us to backtrack runway xxl and make 180! Moved to edge of runway; slowed to 8 mph and gently; but firmly; applied full left tiller. Cockpit moved over edge of runway markings. Apparently no harm done! Departed without incident. Once at cruise altitude reviewed minimum turning radius of 156 ft and realized the runway is 150 ft wide. Did post flight inspection of landing gear on arrival (including mechanic) and found no damage. Will be more careful next time!
