Narrative:

While on tandy three arrival to sna under control of socal outbound from sxc 037 radial; socal said 'airspeed alert under the bravo'. Aircraft was 15-18 miles from airport with no charts that showed the 'bravo'. Aircraft was slowed to 200 KTS for remainder of flight. Approach said nothing else and handed aircraft off to sna tower.

Narrative: While on Tandy Three arrival to SNA under control of SOCAL outbound from SXC 037 Radial; SOCAL said 'airspeed alert under the Bravo'. Aircraft was 15-18 miles from airport with no charts that showed the 'Bravo'. Aircraft was slowed to 200 KTS for remainder of flight. Approach said nothing else and handed aircraft off to SNA tower.
