Climbing through FL280 the (right oil strainer clogging) light came on. We followed QRH and declared an emergency; and returned to our departure airport and made an overweight landing.

Narrative: Climbing through FL280 the (R oil strainer clogging) light came on. We followed QRH and declared an emergency; and returned to our departure airport and made an overweight landing.
