Narrative:

I was maneuvering around thunderstorms at 6500 ft. I noticed the right engine oil temperature was above the red line. I thought it best to shut the engine down. I did so and in the process entered the class B airspace for a few minutes. After realizing I was in the class B I climbed up and out of it and turned away from it. I landed at the nearest suitable airport; called the TRACON and spoke to the chief supervisor and advised him of the details. He thanked me for calling and said the matter was closed and I would not have to file a report with him.
