Narrative:
I had two aircraft coming from ZNY and they were estimating yiyyo xa:13 and xa:18. Which is 5 minutes crossing when they need 15 minutes crossing. ZNY is supposed to be probing our airspace for conflicts. I asked the ZNY controller and they advised me that they were not showing a conflict. I moved one aircraft to another altitude to avoid a conflict. ZNY is about to take over part of our airspace and this situation should be fixed. The computer needs to show conflict in ZNY.

Narrative: I had two aircraft coming from ZNY and they were estimating YIYYO XA:13 and XA:18. Which is 5 minutes crossing when they need 15 minutes crossing. ZNY is supposed to be probing our airspace for conflicts. I asked the ZNY Controller and they advised me that they were not showing a conflict.
