Narrative:

Upon arriving at work on I went to the crew room and checked my mail file. There was a revised tailored airport information packet; nothing else. Following the 3-day sequence; I went to the crew room and checked my file again. In it was the commercial chart provider revision which was effective on at least 3 days before it was filed in my folder. I; therefore; operated 4 flights without current charts. This is the third revision in a row that has not been made available until the week following when it became effective. Chart revisions need to be made available to the pilots before the effective date. This is unacceptable. The company is causing every pilot to be in non-compliance twice a month due to apparent laziness.
