Narrative:
This is an overall comment on our current NOTAM system. Take a look at oma NOTAMS and tell me which runways and taxiways are open. What approaches are available? There has to be a better way to present this information. We were flying day VMC. What if this was nighttime; or worse yet; an emergency diversion? I also think this should be a dispatch note- runway 32R/14L the only runway available. Thanks for your attention to this tedious; non-user friendly system. Crews beware!
