Narrative:

Normal preflight; walk around; cockpit setup and briefing. Pushed back from gate. Normal engine start; control check and taxi to runway. Takeoff checklist was run while taxiing to runway. Took off with captain flying. Realized as captain called for gear up LNAV that we had taken off with out final weights. Final weights printed on ACARS approximately one minute later with just a minor change from planned weights. This was the 3rd morning out of the last 4 that I had awoken at XA00am for an early morning check-in and departure.

Title: A B767 First Officer failed to enter the aircraft's final takeoff weight in the FMC prior to takeoff. He noticed that aircraft's LNAV function was not engaged. Fatigue was an issue because of early morning departures.
