Narrative:
A md-80 never called for permission to enter the dfw ramp. This is a big safety concern having only 1 taxi lane. The md-80 was never on the tower's frequency. The md-80 pulled directly into 'spot Z' and stopped blocking the only taxi lanes. With the md-80 blocking 'spot X'; I was forced to stop and hold 4 total aircraft.
