Narrative:
None of the runway signs were changed when all six runways were renumbered. This could be the primary cause of a runway incursion and contribute to a collision on the airport. A NOTAM issued until the problem is resolved is ineffective. Correct runway signs must be a high priority at a controlled airport with multiple runways and taxiways.
