Narrative:

Engine experienced low oil pressure and they had to do an engine shut down. May 2009; performed oil check on an ATR-72-200 aircraft and serviced oil on engine #1 and installed oil cap. Performed oil check on engine #2 and serviced oil and installed oil cap. Supervisor called me to the office and told me what happened to aircraft. He told me that the aircraft had an engine shut down because of low oil pressure. He asked me if I had put on the oil cap back after I check the oil. I told him that I did put on the oil cap. He ask me for a statement of what happened.
