Narrative:

At the corner of beverly blvd. And san vicente blvd. In los angeles there is a poorly marked cell phone antenna system and flag. This is a building owned by cedars-sinai medical center and is near two cedars-sinai heliports. There is an obstruction light but the light is well below the top of the antenna system. This obstruction light needs to be relocated to above the antenna system to prevent a collision with the antenna at night or in low-light situations. Why have an obstruction light if it is below the top of the antenna? A general survey or the area surrounding the cedars-sinai emergency heliport needs to be accomplished to make sure that all obstructions are properly marked and lighted in accordance with 16 crash fire rescue equipment.
