Narrative:

The manuals in question have numerous references to v-blade that I have taken to mean the entire v-blade segment for the thrust reverser. Other areas of the manual stated that it was a fitting; but did not make references that it was the entire segment. It also states that the repair fittings are installed wet. It also states that this is a service bulletin and not an airworthiness directive. I was informed that it may be a pending airworthiness directive. I also noticed in the manual that no sealant number was supplied and was unclear as to whether the v-blade was to be sealed.
