Narrative:
I received a call from the amic asking if there was a problem at sector 36. I then asked the controller at sector 36 what had happened. I was told that there was a late handoff to ZAU. The aircraft was 1 mile into chicago when the handoff was made.

Title: ZMP Controller described operational deviation when aircraft entered adjacent ZAU airspace with coordination and/or hand-off.
Narrative: I received a call from the AMIC asking if there was a problem at Sector 36. I then asked the Controller at Sector 36 what had happened. I was told that there was a late handoff to ZAU. The aircraft was 1 mile into Chicago when the handoff was made.
