Narrative:
First officer was armed and 2 fams were boarded. Neither the cabin crew nor the flight deck were aware of their presence until 1/2 way to our destination. The problem was caused by a full flight and understaffing at the gate.

Title: Flight crew; including FFDO; was not informed of presence of two FAMs on a domestic B767 flight.
Narrative: First Officer was armed and 2 FAMs were boarded. Neither the cabin crew nor the flight deck were aware of their presence until 1/2 way to our destination. The problem was caused by a full flight and understaffing at the gate.
