Narrative:
Yesterday; I reported this incident noting there was no loss of separation. It now appears that a loss of separation might have occurred. I departed aircraft X on runway without activating the runway. Ground control had a single engine airplane crossing the runway (2;600 ft away from aircraft X on a 2;800 ft runway). I originally thought aircraft X had not started his takeoff roll until after the other airplane's crossing was complete. The ground controller and fdc think aircraft X was rolling while the other airplane was still on the runway. I did not see aircraft X's position; I don't know for sure. A loss of separation may have occurred.
