Narrative:

I climbed aircraft X thinking aircraft Y was out of FL340. I asked aircraft Y to expedite climb. Aircraft Y said he was doing 300 FPM. I issued 30 degree turns to aircraft X and aircraft Y. Aircraft Y had been climbing well (1;000 FPM). He then didn't climb well out of FL340. It was very choppy and that may have been a factor.
