Narrative:

The departure was self-studied by the pilot flying before engine start and was briefed before departure during takeoff briefing. After takeoff; during the climb out on the teb five SID; co-pilot (pilot flying) deviated approximately +300 ft above the procedure mandatory altitude as assigned altitude was 1500 ft as depicted. I as pilot not flying and captain immediately issued a call-out at 1500 ft for the pilot flying as I was the pilot not flying and we deviated above the assigned altitude and immediately corrected back to 1500 ft as the mandatory altitude was depicted until 4.5 DME from the teb VOR. ATC assigned 1500 ft via immediately as we corrected the error and did not advise of a deviation and neither were the crew requested to contact ATC. No further action was requested or taken. There was no conflict with any other aircraft.
