Narrative:
The crew filed or was issued the wzrrd 2 arrival. From their direction of flight; the arrival procedure has been notamed (via uar 02/023) route from druzz intersection to wzrrd intersection not authorized. The center controllers are not being instructed to 'fix' the routing. Management at pct (potomac consolidated TRACON) seem to ignore this operation.

Title: PCT Controller described event allegedly involving ZDC Controllers assigning arrival procedure that is NOTAMed not authorized.
Narrative: The crew filed or was issued the WZRRD 2 arrival. From their direction of flight; the arrival procedure has been NOTAMed (via UAR 02/023) route from DRUZZ Intersection to WZRRD Intersection not authorized. The center controllers are not being instructed to 'fix' the routing. Management at PCT (Potomac Consolidated TRACON) seem to ignore this operation.
