Narrative:

SR22 was being vectored by mia approach. Mia handed off the aircraft to pbi. Aircraft crossed the boundary at 2;000 ft. The aircraft started a descent and took a northeast heading. Aircraft went through bct traffic at 1;000 ft. There was a baron and P180 in the pattern at the time. Aircraft landed at lna. There seems to be a lot of pilots that depart from lna that do not know the procedures of the airspace around lna. There needs to be some kind of training for the pilots that fly out of lna.
