Narrative:
Upon landing; right wheel dipped on a rough runway as plane began to slow. Right wheel either locked or hit a hole causing the plane to rock forward and prop contacted the ground. I controlled it as best I could; but prop had already struck the ground. After the prop strike; I was able to bring the plane under control.
