Narrative:

A potable water truck pulled in front of us about 2 plane lengths in front of our airplane. My first officer said 'stop!' and I stopped as the vehicle hauled ass by us and around to the even gates. Separation was lost as I don't know how much clearance we had; but there can't be much as I had turned the corner but the wing had not cleared yet. All I could tell was it was a full size pickup; red.

Narrative: A potable water truck pulled in front of us about 2 plane lengths in front of our airplane.
