Narrative:
At approximately XA20 I relieved the r-side/D-side sector 15 controller. During the relief briefing; I was told aircraft X needed a pointout to ZFW sector 34. Aircraft X was climbing to FL280 per the LOA. I informed the leaving controller that I would take care of the pointout. I immediately performed the pointout. At approximately XA21; aircraft X climbed out of FL230 into ZFW sector 47; called and requested a handoff on aircraft X. I initiated the handoff and at approximately XA24 issued a communications change to ZFW sector 47. I had no further involvement with the aircraft.

Narrative: At approximately XA20 I relieved the R-Side/D-Side Sector 15 Controller. During the relief briefing; I was told Aircraft X needed a pointout to ZFW Sector 34. Aircraft X was climbing to FL280 per the LOA. I informed the leaving Controller that I would take care of the pointout. I immediately performed the pointout. At approximately XA21; Aircraft X climbed out of FL230 into ZFW Sector 47; called and requested a handoff on Aircraft X.
