Narrative:
My foreman informed my entire crew that there had been some damage to an F module drum which I had worked. He also mentioned that the company was going to do an investigation to determine who caused the damage. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated he believes the damaged drum was part of the pw-4000 engine.

Title: Mechanic reports their Maintenance Supervisor informed his entire crew that one of the F-Module drums he had worked on a PW-4000 engine; was found with damage.
Narrative: My Foreman informed my entire crew that there had been some damage to an F Module drum which I had worked. He also mentioned that the company was going to do an investigation to determine who caused the damage. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: Reporter stated he believes the damaged drum was part of the PW-4000 engine.
