Narrative:
On a training flight; I directed my student to navigate to and land. We were cleared to land on runway 32. After touchdown; the student applied brakes and the aircraft swerved toward the left. I took the controls and informed the tower that we were unable to exit the runway on assigned taxiway because of brake issues and would turn off at runway 23. I turned right onto runway 23 and then brought us to a stop using a left turn with brakes. The airport authority was called by the tower to tow us to the ramp. The cause was a brake fluid leak.
