Narrative:
Military bmb X exited IR276 requesting FL330. X was cleared to FL290. Air carrier Y was at FL350, and requested FL310 due to turbulence. Air carrier Y was cleared to FL310. Upon manual handoff to ZAB, bmb X was cleared to FL330, and transfer of communications was accomplished. When the C/a was activated, air carrier Y was turned, however sep was still lost. There were 7 sectors combined at sector 24. I was working 4 different frequencys and 7 different transmitters. There were 8-10 aircraft and many reports of moderate chop, turbulence and mtn wave.
