Narrative:

While departing ccr, I made a wide right downwind departure off runway 10, and assuming myself to be clear of the sfo TCA, I climbed to 6500', sebnd in an small transport. I was talking to bay departure on 134.5 at the time, and he informed me that I had entered the TCA west/O a clearance. I feel that I was at least a couple of mi outside of the limits of the TCA, but there seems to be a question as to my exact flight path. I was talking to bay throughout the climb and no other aircraft were involved.
