Narrative:

Jax center on frequency 134.0 transmitted to us, 'you are on J45 cleared to vero beach as filed, contact miami center on 124.1.' we did not show our position to be to the J45 radial, but did turn to parallel J45 and contacted mia center. Mia center stated we were in violation of R2930 by 1 mi, turn back to heading 180 degrees to get clear. We did this and explained our conversation with jax center. Mia center stated that he had had aircraft handed off inside R2930 previously and would communicate his concerns with jax center by phone. As far as I could tell, no conflict with other aircraft or hazards were encountered. I felt mia center did a good job of getting us out of the restr airspace. However, I am concerned with jax center telling us we are clear of the restr airspace and then finding out some 10 seconds later we are not. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: flight crew did not call ZJX to see why they vectored the flight into a restr area. Captain speculated that the ZJX controller thought they were cleared via J45 which would keep them clear of R2930. Instead of vectoring the flight toward the arwy, the controller gave a heading that paralleled the arwy and took the aircraft into the restr area. The ZMA controller told this flight crew that this was not the first time this had happened that day, and that he would coordinate with ZJX and put a stop to it.

Title: CENTER CTLR VECTORED ACR MLG INTO RESTRICTED AREA 2930.

Narrative: JAX CENTER ON FREQ 134.0 TRANSMITTED TO US, 'YOU ARE ON J45 CLRED TO VERO BEACH AS FILED, CONTACT MIAMI CENTER ON 124.1.' WE DID NOT SHOW OUR POS TO BE TO THE J45 RADIAL, BUT DID TURN TO PARALLEL J45 AND CONTACTED MIA CENTER. MIA CENTER STATED WE WERE IN VIOLATION OF R2930 BY 1 MI, TURN BACK TO HDG 180 DEGS TO GET CLR. WE DID THIS AND EXPLAINED OUR CONVERSATION WITH JAX CENTER. MIA CENTER STATED THAT HE HAD HAD ACFT HANDED OFF INSIDE R2930 PREVIOUSLY AND WOULD COMMUNICATE HIS CONCERNS WITH JAX CENTER BY PHONE. AS FAR AS I COULD TELL, NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER ACFT OR HAZARDS WERE ENCOUNTERED. I FELT MIA CENTER DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING US OUT OF THE RESTR AIRSPACE. HOWEVER, I AM CONCERNED WITH JAX CENTER TELLING US WE ARE CLR OF THE RESTR AIRSPACE AND THEN FINDING OUT SOME 10 SECS LATER WE ARE NOT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: FLT CREW DID NOT CALL ZJX TO SEE WHY THEY VECTORED THE FLT INTO A RESTR AREA. CAPT SPECULATED THAT THE ZJX CTLR THOUGHT THEY WERE CLRED VIA J45 WHICH WOULD KEEP THEM CLR OF R2930. INSTEAD OF VECTORING THE FLT TOWARD THE ARWY, THE CTLR GAVE A HDG THAT PARALLELED THE ARWY AND TOOK THE ACFT INTO THE RESTR AREA. THE ZMA CTLR TOLD THIS FLT CREW THAT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED THAT DAY, AND THAT HE WOULD COORDINATE WITH ZJX AND PUT A STOP TO IT.
