Narrative:

This is to document the second occurrence of airline maintenance in ZZZ putting new nosewheel tires on a B737 that were defective. This is the second case in a month whereby one of the new nose tires had to be changed after being installed because they were leaking air. So; 2 problems: maintenance is not checking the tire pressure for proper inflation after new installation; and the new tires being installed are defective from the tire shop with leaks.
