Narrative:
NOAA's issuance of sectionals with vital airport information deleted in areas for which there are terminal area charts. VFR access to TCA should require a TCA chart but one can remain clear with a sectional. To do this with no widespread notice to pilots, instrs, FBO's is borderline criminal.

Title: PLT COMPLAINT ABOUT CHANGES IN NOAA SECTIONAL CHARTS, RESULTING IN THE DELETION OF ARPT INFORMATION FOR AREAS COVERED BY A TCA CHART.
Narrative: NOAA'S ISSUANCE OF SECTIONALS WITH VITAL ARPT INFO DELETED IN AREAS FOR WHICH THERE ARE TERMINAL AREA CHARTS. VFR ACCESS TO TCA SHOULD REQUIRE A TCA CHART BUT ONE CAN REMAIN CLEAR WITH A SECTIONAL. TO DO THIS WITH NO WIDESPREAD NOTICE TO PLTS, INSTRS, FBO'S IS BORDERLINE CRIMINAL.
