Narrative:

Aircraft was southwest ojc cleared for visual approach into new century airport (ixd); aircraft was switched to ixd. Noticed aircraft turning toward ojc at 3000 ft; called ojc to advise aircraft heading toward their airport. Then called ixd and advised them of aircraft heading toward wrong airport and have them turn back toward ixd. Ixd said not talking to them; tried on frequency and no response; then heard ixd talking to them (still on hot line with ixd). Aircraft turned toward ixd and landed.
