Narrative:
During preflight; found light bulbs removed from CSD 'high oil temperature.' I flew this aircraft in for the ron. I do not recall these lights not working on the previous flight. I also had ron here in july; I think; and found on preflight the bulbs on the CSD 'low oil pressure' missing. I did not file a report on this.

Title: B737-400 CAPTAIN REPORTS SECOND INSTANCE OF FINDING BOTH LIGHT BULBS MISSING FROM CSD WARNING LIGHTS DURING PREFLT.
Narrative: DURING PREFLT; FOUND LIGHT BULBS REMOVED FROM CSD 'HIGH OIL TEMP.' I FLEW THIS ACFT IN FOR THE RON. I DO NOT RECALL THESE LIGHTS NOT WORKING ON THE PREVIOUS FLT. I ALSO HAD RON HERE IN JULY; I THINK; AND FOUND ON PREFLT THE BULBS ON THE CSD 'LOW OIL PRESSURE' MISSING. I DID NOT FILE A RPT ON THIS.
