Narrative:
During the removal of the lpc drive shaft; missed removing 1 each attach bolt and nut at approximately 6 O'clock position on the #1 bearing support. After pumping the shaft partially out; heard a noise and stopped pumping the shaft. Investigated and found 1 bolt still installed; saw the #1 bearing support damaged. Removed the bolt and nut; then continued removing the shaft. Then notified the foreman. Supplemental information from acn 806222: during the removal of the lpc drive shaft using the hand hydraulic pump; heard a noise and stopped pumping; found 1 bolt and nut still attached to #1 bearing support. Should doublechk flange for any bolts and nuts not removed.
