Narrative:

Just before touchdown the gear horn sounded. We received an amber 'nose gear' message and I announced we had a gear problem. The captain started a low energy go around and we began the climb out. After talking to maintenance we cycled the gear twice. We received the amber 'nose gear' indication the first time and 3 green the second time. We left the gear down; declared an emergency; and landed without incident. We suspect it was an indication malfunction.
