I pulled the required breakers and neglected to collar them. Cause: I pulled the breakers and realized that I forgot to bring the collars with me. I went to acquire them and when I left the aircraft; I was distraction by another mechanic asking a question. The end of the shift then occurred and I forgot to get the collars and place them on the pulled breakers. I was asked by my lead if I had collared the breakers. I then told him no; and outlined what happened. Collars were placed on the pulled breakers.
