Narrative:

On a descent from FL240 to 16000 ft; we got a cabin pressure master warning. I declared an emergency and ATC gave us 13500 ft for an altitude. The cabin pressure got to 12000 ft. It went below 10000 ft in a hurry because we got down in a hurry. The passenger never knew anything was wrong. From the time I got the light to after I ran the checklist; I never grabbed my mask because the cabin was pressurizing in manual mode. It wasn't a rapid depressurization.
