Narrative:
Departed runway 24 at teb. Was flying teb 5 departure off runway 24. I climbed sooner than the 4.5 DME fix to 2000 ft MSL. After the 1500 ft point and turn; I climbed prior to meeting the 4.5 fix; as published. I attributed it to being knowledgeable with SID and being too aggressive in the execution of the SID. I discussed it with fellow crew member and both agreed to be more vigilant.
